Ashley Schafluetzel | @ashleydawn519

Ashley and her husband live with their two kids, Ella and Jake, in Wentzville, Missouri. Both Ella and Jake were preemies (Jake was born three weeks early, and Ella was born three months early). Ella has Cerebral Palsy, along with some other conditions, and being her mom has taught Ashley so much. Ashley has been a kindergarten teacher for 11 years and it is her absolute favorite thing to do, even on the tough days. She loves the color pink, sparkles, her weekly sand volleyball games with friends, the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and Mizzou!

Chaunie Brusie | @chauniebrusie

Chaunie Brusie is a mom of five and a labor and delivery nurse turned writer and editor. Her work has appeared everywhere from The New York Times to Glamour to Parents magazine. Chaunie lives on a small farm with her woodworking husband and kids, which could make her like Joanna Gaines, except she can’t cook, kills every houseplant she brings home, and sadly, does not have beautiful, flowing long locks.

Emily Roark | @emilyeroark

Emily is a stay-at home/work-from-home mom living in the suburbs of Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband and three young kids. When she’s not filling milk cups or sweeping up Cheerios off of the floor, she works as a freelance editor. During her alone time, she enjoys working out, baking, and binging her favorite TV shows.

Jayme Sherrod | @jaymesherrod

Jayme (pictured on the right) and her wife Amanda live in a suburb just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina, with their son and daughter. Before her motherhood journey began in 2018, Jayme worked as a Registered Nurse and has since transitioned to being a full-time stay-at-home mom of two kiddos and three fur babies. When able, she loves baking, hiking, and sipping (hot!) coffee on the porch – no matter the time of year.

Jennifer Carroll | @twinningtheweekend

Jennifer is a mom to four-year-old twins and a very large Weimaraner. Before kids, she worked in television and advertising. She paused her career to be a stay-at-home mom only to discover she loved freelance writing. You’ll find her family camping, chasing cows or at the lake on weekends. Follow their adventures at @twinningtheweekend.

Joanna Martin | @cafedumartin

Joanna is a lifelong Dallas resident with a bearded husband, two spirited sisters, one sweet boy and a very needy dog inhabiting the walls of her home. She graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with degrees in Child Learning and Development and Psychology before becoming a public school teacher. She is now a stay-at-home mom who dabbles in too many hobbies and activities to count, making life very full and very beautiful.

Joanne Ruelos Diaz | @joannerevising

Joanne is a writer, editor, and children’s book author living in Northern New Jersey with her husband and two boys. All together, they share lots of laughs, a love of reading, and one bathroom. She has a children’s book coming out in November 2021 called THE LITTLE BOOK OF JOY, and it shares small ways to celebrate and find joy every day of the year. She finds all different kinds of joy by writing for children and grown-ups. You can see a little more about Joanne at JoanneRuelosDiaz.com.

Katherine DeVries | @thepaperdart

Katherine is a stay-at-home-mom to three kids. She and her husband are originally from the Midwest but now reside in sunny, Southern California. Before taking time off last year, she spent 10 years teaching middle school English in public and charter schools throughout the Los Angeles area. She has a passion for literature (of both the children and adult varieties) which she shares on her personal blog, The Paper Dart.

Kia Hammond | @kiamhammond

Kia lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and four children. She’s a former postpartum/newborn nurse who loves engaging, encouraging, and supporting new moms. She left the workforce during the pandemic after years of working and being a student mother and is now adjusting to life as a stay-at-home mom.

Lisa Payne | @lisaapayne4

Lisa is a single mother of four beautiful humans. She loves to write, share experiences and help others look at goal setting and attaining! By day, she’s an early childhood special educator in a school district, where she works with other teachers on setting and attaining goals, working through the tricky spots together. By night, she’s a chauffeur extraordinaire taking her children (and other people’s children) to sports, theater activities and to be with friends.  Faith is one of her lifelines, as is connecting with others.  Cheering her kids on in their endeavors, working out, staying in with a movie, book or nap, entertaining, firepits, music and friends are what fills her time. She’s always looking to learn and grow, and find the silver lining along the way. A phrase you’ll hear her say often (to herself or others): “You’ve totally got this! Totally.”

Mandy Yang | @amongallofthis

Mandy Yang lives with her husband and their three girls in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is a parenting social worker by day and decluttering coach…the rest of the time. Trained by Marie Kondo, Mandy helps others tidy up and rediscover what brings them joy among all of this. You can find tips and inspiration for the clutter-free journey at amongallofthis.com.

Sandy Hsu | @hopefulsmiles

Sandy is a wife, mother of two, and scientist-turned-writer living in Los Angeles, California. When she’s not reading to her girls, cleaning up mealtime messes, or struggling to keep up with the laundry, Sandy enjoys writing, painting, and planning travel adventures with her family. A lover of good stories and thought-provoking conversations, Sandy strives to find joy and beauty in the midst of the daily grind and hopes to encourage other moms to do the same.

Sarah Limberg | @sarahelimberg

Sarah lives in San Diego, California, with her infant daughter and husband. She’s a new mom figuring out something different every day, which is both amazing and exhausting. Both Sarah and her husband work in the world of sports, so if they’re not watching a game, you’ll find her cooking, reading, or sneaking a nap.

Stacy Bronec | @stacybronec

Stacy Bronec is a farm wife, mom of three, lover of baked goods, and writer. She and her husband farm and ranch in the middle of nowhere Montana. In her previous life, she was a high school counselor.
