With nearly seven years and more than 600 episodes in our library, it’s both fun AND daunting for new listeners to try to find episodes that fit your specific season of motherhood. And I’d like to help! So in Episode 346 I issued a challenge to new listeners – send me a note with a bit about your family, and I’ll make you a playlist of episodes from the archives I think you might like!
I promised the first five listeners I’d send them a personally curated playlist, and we’ll see – I might not be able to stop myself from doing a few more. As I create the playlists, I’ll share them with all of you, too!
Here’s a note from Jennifer:
Hi Sarah,
I just started listening to the Mom Hour last year and have loved the show!! I also joined the Facebook group and really appreciate the support on there. I have binged a ton of episodes and have gone on your website in the past and listened to a few of the “playlists” that were recommended as well. I struggle a bit to find the episodes relating to the really little ones though. My daughter is just 14 months old, so not quite in the true toddler phase yet but past the baby phase. Kinda that tough “in-between” and we are now expecting our 2nd this August! So I’m definitely in the “new mom phase” and struggling to find myself a bit, especially as I work outside of the home full time which makes things very difficult. I enjoy listening to the episodes though and have even starting making a list for “future ideas” of things to do for when my littles get a bit older.
Thank you,
Jennifer Willenbrink
