Loved these dinner episodes with being a full time working mom of little ones meal prepping and planning is a lifesaver for me and keeps me sane!
We also do what we call a picnic dinner day, where I get out a big wood cutting board and I put on fruits veggies, cheese, nuts, dried fruit, crackers, really anything I have in the house and that is a our simple easy fast dinner! We call it our fancy picnic dinner and my kids love it!
