    Sarah and Meagan,

    I listened to this episode while at my first time back at the gym in over a month. It was helpful to know that other moms are in the same boat!

    I am desperate to lose the “after baby pooch” that I still have from my almost 2 year old. I have had more people than I care to count ask me “oh, when are you due?” At which point I have to have the VERY awkward conversation that I am NOT pregnant, just fat from the last baby. I am a teacher so it’s incredibly difficult to get to the gym after school and before I pick my boys up from day care. However, summer is here and I am hoping to get back into a routine of going every day (or almost every day) to try and get rid of my baby pooch!
