We have an awesome recreation center that runs camps for the full summer (9 weeks). Lots of fun camps – LEGO, forest school and pottery. School runs first day the Tuesday after Labour Day to the last Thursday in June. I signed my son up on the first of January. Camps are between $250 to $360 plus $50 a week for extended day (7:30 am to 6pm if you do extended day).
I loved this episode. I can’t wait to hear your summer gear one. Always looking for new and practical things to carry around with me now that, come summer, I’ll have a two-year old and a newborn. I’m also wondering if you can share some ideas about what to do in the summer time with younger kids that are either free or don’t cost a lot of money.
